Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at dankeflow.com, contacting us, or engaging DankeFlow for any service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who interacts with our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Services

DankeFlow provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development (UI/UX, frontend, full-stack)
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and digital growth strategies
• E-commerce solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom)
• Website maintenance, updates, and technical support
• Branding, content strategy, and performance optimization

The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal confirmed between DankeFlow and the client prior to project commencement.

Client Obligations

To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information — supply all necessary content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner
• Timely Communication — respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarification within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days)
• Legal Compliance — ensure all content, images, and materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
• Authorized Representative — confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organization

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposit — a deposit (typically 50%) is required before any project work begins
• Final Payment — the remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or access are delivered
• Late Payments — invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month
• Currency — all prices are quoted in the currency stated on the proposal (EUR or USD)
• Refunds — deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already allocated

DankeFlow reserves the right to suspend or pause work on a project where payment obligations are not met.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including:

• Custom website design files and source code
• Custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets created for the project
• Written content authored by DankeFlow specifically for the client

DankeFlow retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio and case studies
• Use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code developed during the project in future work
• Retain ownership of any tools, templates, or proprietary systems used but not created exclusively for the project

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for ensuring proper licensing for any third-party assets they request to be used.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, financial data, client lists, login credentials, and technical specifications.

DankeFlow will not disclose confidential client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the working relationship and remains in effect indefinitely.

Revisions & Scope

Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions are changes to work already completed and approved. Revisions do not include:

• New features or functionality not included in the original scope
• Fundamental redesigns after a design direction has been approved
• Changes resulting from third-party platform updates or requirement changes

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately. Any scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before additional work commences.

Warranties & Disclaimers

DankeFlow warrants that:

• All work will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill and care
• Deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery
• We have the right to provide the services described

DankeFlow does not warrant that:

• Specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, traffic, or rankings) will result from our work
• The website will be free from all bugs or errors after delivery to third-party hosting environments
• Third-party services, platforms, or APIs integrated into the project will remain available or unchanged

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated herein.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DankeFlow's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

DankeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to data
• Damages caused by third-party services, plugins, or hosting providers
• Delays caused by client inaction or third-party dependencies

Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• DankeFlow will deliver all completed work and assets for which payment has been received
• Any deposit paid is non-refundable if work has already commenced
• Both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations

DankeFlow reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement if the client engages in abusive behavior, requests illegal content, or violates these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiranë, Albania.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
